This session will take a closer look at SureBuild, an insurance policy backed by Lloyd’s of London, that can be used in lieu of (or in addition to) bonds and letters of credit to help manage construction risk. With tariff uncertainty and other cost pressures creating challenges for project budgets and schedules, we’ll discuss how this coverage can support project completion in the event of borrower default, serve as a credit enhancement, and provide lenders with added leverage to help ensure borrower compliance, all while complementing broader construction risk management strategies.
