Environmental, Social and Governance + Resiliency
The evaluation of ESG+R (Environmental, Social, and Governance + Resiliency) is becoming increasingly important in investment decisions. Climate change is accelerating the push to reduce the carbon footprint of existing and proposed commercial real estate, and improve the ability of properties to withstand and recover from future impacts. In this month’s call, Dana Weiss, ESG+R Practice Group Lead for Partner Energy, will provide an overview of ESG+R, as well as practical approaches to improving climate resilience and ESG metrics to help owners, investors, and lenders anticipate and manage the changing ESG+R landscape.
